Q: Do you ship to Quebec?
A: No — and we never will.
This decision is final and intentional.
Quebec’s tax structure and regulatory requirements create unnecessary friction for independent businesses like ours.
More importantly, the region has consistently demonstrated a lack of respect for authentic Japanese car culture, which is the foundation of everything we stand for.
The prevalence of replica parts, low-effort builds, and price-driven behavior directly contradicts our values of craftsmanship, originality, and pride.
We are not here to accommodate markets that dilute the culture.
We are not interested in adjusting our standards to fit in.
We do not respect all builds.
We respect those built with intent, effort, and pride — not for attention.
Trimotive is a brand for enthusiast, not clout chasers.
Quebec is not our market, and never will be.
Q: I’m building something custom — can Trimotive help?
A: Hell yes — that’s what we live for.
While our product line focuses on proven, platform-specific parts, we’re always excited to support builders pushing boundaries. Whether you're working on a custom swap, cross-platform setup, or a full-on Frankenstein project — we’re here for it.
We’re constantly expanding our knowledge base, and community-driven R&D is part of how we grow. If you’re doing something different, ambitious, or just plain wild — reach out. We’re always down to get involved, offer insight, and help source what you need.

Q: Why doesn’t Trimotive accept returns and refunds?
A: Because we take our parts — and our partners — seriously.
Trimotive works closely with a network of specialized suppliers across North America, Japan, and beyond. Many of the products we offer are platform-specific, custom-built, or limited-production, and in many cases, made-to-order. These parts are not meant to be casually returned or resold.
Some of our suppliers are small, independent manufacturers — including one-man operations in Japan — who pour their time, skill, and pride into every product they ship. Others are high-volume performance brands with strict allocation policies. In both cases, mistakes or indecision on the buyer’s part don’t just affect us — they damage our relationships and affect everyone’s timelines.
We’re proud to work with companies that embody precision, accountability, and craftsmanship — values especially ingrained in Japanese business culture, and values that we fully adopt at Trimotive.
For this reason, we enforce a no-return policy on all non-defective items. We do not do this to be inflexible, but to protect the integrity or our supply chain and prioritize builders who plan, commit, and execute with intention.

Q: Which mount did you use for [XYZ swap]? Where did you get [XYZ part]?
A: We’re always happy to talk builds — but we don’t hand out blueprints.
At Trimotive, we believe one of the most rewarding parts of car culture is the knowledge shared within the community — the late-night tuning chats, the garage breakthroughs, the collective grind. We’re here for that.
But let’s be clear:
We do not tolerate intellectual property infringement or unauthorized replication of custom parts, data, or design. If you admire one of our builds and want to build something similar, we encourage it — but do it right. Contact the original brands or machinists who helped us make it possible. Don’t reverse-engineer what isn’t yours to claim.
Our builds are purposeful. They require time, intent, and funding. They are not templates — they’re individual machines built from collaboration and respect.

Q: Can I pre-order parts?
A: Yes — if you’re fully committed, we’ll make it happen.
Many of the parts we source come from small-scale manufacturers or boutique suppliers, especially in Japan, where lead times can vary significantly. Some items are made-to-order, produced in small batches, or even hand-built by single craftsmen. That’s part of the culture — and part of what makes them worth waiting for.
If you’re locked in and ready to go, we will coordinate directly with the manufacturer to confirm availability and timelines before we take your payment.
All pre-orders are paid in full and non-refundable, unless the estimated lead time becomes unreasonable or changes drastically. In those rare cases, we will issue a full refund and notify you immediately.
Pre-orders are for committed builders.

Q: Does Trimotive offer sponsorships?
A: Yes — but only to builders who fully align with our values.
Trimotive sponsorships are reserved for individuals or teams who have a clear, standout presence in one or more of the following areas: drifting, time attack, drag racing, or functional show builds. We’re not interested in social media clout — we’re interested in execution, discipline, and authenticity.
We only consider cars that:
Are built with purpose, not just for photos
Use proven, high-quality parts only (no replicas, no shortcuts)
Represent a genuine commitment to the culture, not just the spotlight
If your project stands out and reflects the level of devotion we expect, reach out with a full build sheet, current photos, and a clear statement of your goals. If we see alignment — we’ll talk.
