Order Processing
All orders are processed after payment is successfully completed.
Because many of our products are sourced from specialized suppliers and performance manufacturers, processing times may vary depending on product availability and supplier location.
Typical processing time is 2–5 business days, although some items may require additional handling time.
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, if available.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are not calculated at checkout.
Due to differences in product size, weight, supplier location, and shipping carrier availability, the final shipping cost will be calculated after your order is placed.
After checkout, our team will determine the most appropriate carrier and shipping method for your order.
If necessary, we may contact you with the finalized shipping cost before shipment.

International Shipping
Trimotive Performance ships to customers worldwide.
Please note that international shipments may be subject to customs inspections, import duties, taxes, or other fees imposed by your country’s customs authority.
Customs Duties and Taxes
All import duties, taxes, customs fees, and related charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Trimotive Performance does not control or collect these fees and cannot estimate the exact amount that may be charged by your local customs authority.
If customs duties or taxes are refused by the customer and the shipment is returned, the order will not be eligible for a refund.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping information provided at checkout is accurate and complete.
Trimotive Performance is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or additional fees resulting from incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer.
Lost or Delayed Shipments
Once a package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery times and handling are outside of our control.
If your package is delayed, lost, or held in customs, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly using your tracking number.
We will assist where possible, but final responsibility for delivery lies with the shipping carrier.
