- Single / Double CAS Bracket to suit Nissan RB20 RB25 RB26 – Trimotive Performance (highly recommended as oem ones are prone to splitting when being torqued down correctly as the cast alloy is old, fragile and brittle).
Designed for RB20 / RB25 / RB25 NEO / RB26 engines, our kits come in THREE configurations:
1. STREET SERIES KIT - For applications UP TO 500hp - (Direct CAS Replacement Kit or DCR)
CRITICAL INFORMATION - THIS KIT CAN NOT BE USED IN CONJUNCTION WITH A CRANK KIT AND MUST BE USED ON ITS OWN!
Used as a direct replacement for Cam Angle Sensors, this "Street Series" kit replaces the factory CAS sensor found on a Nissan RB engine by utilizing twin Motec Hall Effect sensors which gives both a "crank and home" signal via the camshaft and comes in a 12 tooth and 24 tooth configuration. If you are looking for a bolt-in kit for your RB engine that you can do at home without removing the harmonic balancer, then this is it!
2. RACE SERIES KIT - For applications UP TO 700hp - (Uses Cherry/ZF Hall Effect sensor for CAM signal and MoTeC 'reluctor' sensor for CRANK signal.
This kit uses a 12 tooth configuration and is a must have kit for all performance engines with the desire for accurate ignition data. Utilising the world renowned cherry/ ZF hall effect sensors top and bottom with a nice wide tooth for minimal risk of tooth miscount, these types of hall effect sensors are not too prone to electronic noise or interference, they are easy to set up and tooth gap is also not as critical as 'reluctor' type kits.
This kit provides a superior level of accuracy and engine protection compared to regular CAS sensors or CAS 'style' kits, as it protects against belt deflection. RB belts have been known to stretch up to 8mm if not more and this has a serious effect on ignition timing. If you were to call it a hypothetical 4 degrees ignition timing difference, that 'difference' could be making an extra 100hp or ending up with a blown engine.
2. HALF PRO SERIES KIT - For applications UP TO 1200hp - (Uses Cherr/ZF Hall Effect sensor for CAM signal and MoTeC 'reluctor' sensor for CRANK signal.
Platinum Racing Products 'Half Pro' Trigger Kit is a very common upgrade in the RB community and uses our custom made 36-2 tooth configuration crank wheel that is precise and state of the art!
A must have kit for all performance engines with the desire for accurate ignition data, our kit utilizes the world renowned cherry/ ZF hall effect sensor for CAM signal and our new MoTeC 'reluctor' type sensor for the CRANK signal. This is a balance between street and pro categories and most 1000hp cars are using this or our pro series kit as detailed below.
3. PRO SERIES KIT - For applications up to 3000hp at the wheels - (Uses MoTeC 'reluctor' sensors for CAM and CRANK signal)
This is PRP's Big hitter and MOST RECOMMENDED kit as it consists of our NEW 36 - 2 Tooth profile. Our PRO series 36-2 Crank kit utilizes a MoTeC 'reluctor' type sensor and our all-new MoTeC Camshaft 'hall effect' type sensor, a completely sealed sensor with external plug system.
The PRP Pro Series Kit has been tried, tested and proven on MANY 1000hp+ street cars and famous motorsport cars such as world time attack open class 1st place winner 'Xtreme GTR' and 2nd place winner 'Integrated motorsports R34'.
This updated pro series kit is specifically designed to be the ultimate in trigger systems with up to 3 times more data than our current 12 tooth intermediate system and it provides flawless resolution.
When designing this kit we set out to create a non-balancer-based crank wheel as balancer casings tend to 'wander' far too much, especially when they are under load. We opted for a compact 100 mm trigger disc with a very large sensor being the ultimate sensor of choice for our intended application, hence the swept-back sensor mount design which positions everything correctly to make it all work perfectly!
Please note: Crankshaft sensor mount come in black only

FAQs

Q: Do you ship to Quebec?
A: No — and we never will.
This decision is final and intentional.
Quebec’s tax structure and regulatory requirements create unnecessary friction for independent businesses like ours.
More importantly, the region has consistently demonstrated a lack of respect for authentic Japanese car culture, which is the foundation of everything we stand for.
The prevalence of replica parts, low-effort builds, and price-driven behavior directly contradicts our values of craftsmanship, originality, and pride.
We are not here to accommodate markets that dilute the culture.
We are not interested in adjusting our standards to fit in.
We do not respect all builds.
We respect those built with intent, effort, and pride — not for attention.
Trimotive is a brand for enthusiast, not clout chasers.
Quebec is not our market, and never will be.
Q: I’m building something custom — can Trimotive help?
A: Hell yes — that’s what we live for.
While our product line focuses on proven, platform-specific parts, we’re always excited to support builders pushing boundaries. Whether you're working on a custom swap, cross-platform setup, or a full-on Frankenstein project — we’re here for it.
We’re constantly expanding our knowledge base, and community-driven R&D is part of how we grow. If you’re doing something different, ambitious, or just plain wild — reach out. We’re always down to get involved, offer insight, and help source what you need.
If it’s built with intention, we want to be part of it.
Let’s bring that vision to life.
Q: Why doesn’t Trimotive accept returns and refunds?
A: Because we take our parts — and our partners — seriously.
Trimotive works closely with a network of specialized suppliers across North America, Japan, and beyond. Many of the products we offer are platform-specific, custom-built, or limited-production, and in many cases, made-to-order. These parts are not meant to be casually returned or resold.
Some of our suppliers are small, independent manufacturers — including one-man operations in Japan — who pour their time, skill, and pride into every product they ship. Others are high-volume performance brands with strict allocation policies. In both cases, mistakes or indecision on the buyer’s part don’t just affect us — they damage our relationships and affect everyone’s timelines.
We’re proud to work with companies that embody precision, accountability, and craftsmanship — values especially ingrained in Japanese business culture, and values that we fully adopt at Trimotive.
For this reason, we enforce a no-return policy on all non-defective items. We do not do this to be inflexible, but to protect the integrity or our supply chain and prioritize builders who plan, commit, and execute with intention.
We’re not here to accommodate indecision.
We’re here to support serious builds — and the people behind them
Q: Can I pre-order parts?
A: Yes — if you’re fully committed, we’ll make it happen.
Many of the parts we source come from small-scale manufacturers or boutique suppliers, especially in Japan, where lead times can vary significantly. Some items are made-to-order, produced in small batches, or even hand-built by single craftsmen. That’s part of the culture — and part of what makes them worth waiting for.
If you’re locked in and ready to go, we will coordinate directly with the manufacturer to confirm availability and timelines before we take your payment.
All pre-orders are paid in full and non-refundable, unless the estimated lead time becomes unreasonable or changes drastically. In those rare cases, we will issue a full refund and notify you immediately.
Pre-orders are for committed builders.
If that’s you — we’ll get you what you need.
Q: Does Trimotive offer sponsorships?
A: Yes — but only to builders who fully align with our values.
Trimotive sponsorships are reserved for individuals or teams who have a clear, standout presence in one or more of the following areas: drifting, time attack, drag racing, or functional show builds. We’re not interested in social media clout — we’re interested in execution, discipline, and authenticity.
We only consider cars that:
Are built with purpose, not just for photos
Use proven, high-quality parts only (no replicas, no shortcuts)
Represent a genuine commitment to the culture, not just the spotlight
If your project stands out and reflects the level of devotion we expect, reach out with a full build sheet, current photos, and a clear statement of your goals. If we see alignment — we’ll talk.
